Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
If you're outside our standard delivery zones and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@akerahealth.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on courier availability)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to track your shipment in real time.
Delays or Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailable recipient at time of delivery
If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Open Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do the following:
- Do not accept the package (if visibly damaged).
- Take photos of the package and items.
- Email us at support@akerahealth.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
