Returns, Cancellations & Product Policy
At Akera, we create skincare that is rooted in science and driven by trust. Each product is dermatologically formulated and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. To maintain the integrity and safety of our offerings, we follow the policy outlined below:
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout. However, if something doesn't seem right, please reach out — we're always happy to help.
Note: Products purchased under any discounts or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we're truly sorry. We will make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at support@akerahealth.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order ID, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, and may schedule a reverse pickup if required. Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Cases
We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- The product has been used or opened.
- The outer seal is broken or missing.
- Returns are initiated after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage is due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
- The product was purchased as part of a promotional or discounted bundle.
- Returned without all original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
Other Terms
- All prices listed are inclusive of GST, wherever applicable.
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated here.
- Akera Health reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, without prior notice.
Legal
We strive to resolve all concerns amicably. If a dispute arises and remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
